The Baker Team  ×  Manette Real Estate Co.

LOVE WHERE YOU WORK

We're hiring a Buyer Specialist — mentorship-track, full-time, ready to grow.

Who We Are

Real estate,
redefined.

Community Equity Sustainability Gratitude Distinction Integrity

Manette Real Estate was founded on the idea that a real estate company can be so much more than buying and selling homes. We're here to help build community, live out our values, and make Kitsap County a better place for our neighbors.

Our office reflects that philosophy — an open, collaborative space designed for our team, our clients, and our community to enjoy. We host local events, welcome nonprofits through our doors, and give every agent room to bring their own ideas to life.

"Like a family, we support each other."

We stay transparent, hold ourselves accountable, celebrate wins together, and give back to the community we serve. We're intentional about who joins that family — people who share our values, stay involved locally, and care about giving clients an outstanding experience.

The Opportunity

Buyer Specialist,
Mentorship Track

The Baker Team at Manette Real Estate is looking for a Buyer Specialist to work closely with owners Sarah and Dustin. This role is built for someone who wants real mentorship and hands-on development — you'll learn directly from the broker and owners through live transactions, not just training material. You'll be provided leads, supported through every stage of the deal, and given a clear path to grow into an independent agent when you're ready. You'll also support Dustin's existing clients as needed, giving you even more transaction experience and exposure early on.
